Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Chartered Members (via Zoom)

This AGM is for chartered members only.  At the meeting, we will review the financial standing of the association and vote to approve the 2021 board and fee structure.

We will be having a 2021 Season Information and Q&A Meeting for all members on the week of April 18th.  The exact time and date are TBD.

How to register to attend the AGM

If you have already registered on our new website and have had your membership confirmed, then simply go to "My Account" > "My Forms/Paperwork" and complete the "Annual General Meeting - Tuesday, March 23, 8:00 pm via Zoom" form.  Once you submit the form you will receive an e-mail receipt that contains the link to the meeting.

If you have not yet registered for our new website click here and follow the instructions.  Once you are registered we will verify your membership details.  Once your membership is verified you will have access to the AGM form.
