Guest Membership

The PVRA offers guest memberships to a limited number of families living in non-deeded properties in the nearby community. Guest members enjoy all of the benefits of deeded members except:

1. They cannot vote on policy matters related to the association.
2. Their membership is non-transferable.
3. The rate structure for guest membership differs from the charter membership fees.
4. Guest membership is for a single family living in the same residence.  It does not cover extended family or adult children who no longer live at home.

Currently, the waiting period for guest membership is about 2 years. Note that a family purchasing a home that is listed in our by-laws (i.e. a charter property) but has a past-due balance from previous owners CAN NOT join the PVRA as guest members.
