Registration Instructions

Our website is built on the Membership Toolkit platform.  This is the same platform the Ridgefield PTA's use for their websites.  If you are a PTA member at any of the Ridgefield schools then you will be able to log in using the same e-mail and password that you use for your PTA account, but you still need to complete the registration process outlined below.

sTep by step instructions

1. Click on the "Register Now" button below (this will open the registration process in a new tab).
2. If you want to register using your PTA account credential then enter your email and password from your PTA account in the "Returning Users" section and click "Log In".  Then skip to step 8.
3. If you are not a PTA member or want to register using a different profile click the "Create Account" button in the "New User?" section.
4. Complete the "Create Account" form and click the "Verify my email" button. 
5. Go to your email inbox and open the verification email (Subject:  Email verification for Pleasantview Recreational Association-Ridgefield, CT) and click the "Verify my email" button.
6. Enter your password and click the "Create Account" button.
7. Click the "Member Registration" link.
8. Complete the "Member Registration" form then click the "Next Step >" button.
9. Complete the "Child Registration" form for each child then click the "Save" button.  Be sure to click the "Save" button in order to complete your registration.

Membership Verification:  We have to manually verify your membership details.  Once you have completed the registration, email board@pvra.org to let us know and someone will verify your account.  You will not be able to access the membership forms until this verification has been completed.  You can confirm that your membership details have been verified by going to "My Account">"User Membership Info".
